What Is The Minimum Eligibility Criteria?

You must have a completed Canadian post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate, or an equivalent foreign credential with an Educational Credential Assessment report.

Language skills:

You must show that you have a minimum level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in both English or French.

Work experience

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in a skilled occupation listed in the NOC 0, A, or B occupational classifications.


You must show that you have the skills and experience necessary to adapt to life in Canada. This may include things like having a job offer from a Canadian employer, having family in Canada, or speaking French.
